新人研修パート３！ラストを締めくくるのは早稲田大学を卒業した優秀なネパール出身の子です😄

During my initial days at work, I encountered two new faces whom I hadn’t spoken to at first, but by the end of this month, I grew to like them a lot. Their names are Mana and Yamato. As a foreigner, joining this company made me quite nervous, but their warm welcome and humble nature made it easier for me to work and be myself.
Personally, I have a strong desire to learn new things, and I believe there is always room for growth. Thankfully, every senior in the company took the time to teach us something valuable about work, including how to manage tasks, engage in discussions, and execute projects. During the initial period, I learned about how bidding works, and I realized that it can be both challenging and fascinating. Additionally, I gained knowledge about basic safety protocols and risk assessment. I came to understand how even a small oversight can lead to high risks for ourselves and others in the workplace.
Following the safety lessons, we were given the opportunity to visit Azumi Park and Shinshu Park. The blooming flowers were incredibly beautiful. I was impressed by the accessibility options for handicapped individuals, the focus on safety, and the consideration given to the community’s needs while providing various activities. Moreover, we also had the chance to work with the general affairs staff, and I learned how their organized and polished work contributes to the smooth functioning of our company. Personally, I feel that the general affairs department is like the mother of the company. Working alongside the cool chief head, I even acquired some basic skills in wood crafting, realizing the importance of concentration in executing tasks. And of course, we had a delightful BBQ, which I thoroughly enjoyed as the food was delicious.
We also underwent external training that emphasized the significance of teamwork and sharing ideas through discussions to achieve collective goals. Afterward, we had the opportunity to learn from Section Officer Koyama. He taught us about the instruments used in construction work. His calm demeanor and ability to manage a heavy workload while wearing a smile left me in awe. Following an eventful week, we embarked on a trip to Alpus Azume and Togaku Ginza. It was an incredibly beautiful and enlightening experience. There, we encountered a Japanese natural monument designated on December 24, 1935. Witnessing the meticulous maintenance required for such a monument made me realize the immense passion and knowledge involved in this job. The maintenance work also provided us with skills such as pruning and handling the necessary equipment.
After completing the golden week, we had the chance to visit Toledo shop. This visit allowed me to discover my interest in design and appreciate the creative thinking required for their work. Subsequently, we went to the national highway area with Koju San, where we observed the places, we work and the different materials used. The final days were particularly hot and challenging, but working with Miyazawa San and Akiyama San was interesting. They are skilled professionals who taught me many valuable things.
In the end, when considering the best days of my time here, I believe that every day was unique and presented an opportunity for learning. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their humility and awesomeness throughout this journey.
初めて働く日々、最初は話したことのなかった二人の新しい顔、ＭさんとＹさんに出会いましたが、この一か月でとても気に入るようになりました。私は外国人としてこの会社に入ることで緊張していましたが、彼らの温かい歓迎と謙虚な性格によって、自分らしく仕事をすることができ、自然体でいられました。
私自身、新しいことを学ぶことへの強い意欲があり、成長する余地が常にあると信じています。幸いにも、会社の先輩方は時間を割いて仕事について貴重な知識を教えてくれました。タスクの管理方法やディスカッションの進め方、プロジェクトの実行方法などについて学ぶことができました。最初の期間中には、入札の仕組みについて学び、それがどれほど挑戦的で魅力的なものであるかを実感しました。また、基本的な安全の約束事やリスク評価についての知識も得ました。小さな見落としも自分や他の人に大きなリスクをもたらす可能性があることを理解しました。
安全についてのレッスンの後、安曇公園と信州公園を訪れる機会を得ました。咲き誇る花々はとても美しかったです。障がいを持つ方々のための利用しやすい施設や安全への取り組み、さまざまな活動を提供する中で地域のニーズに配慮している姿勢に感銘を受けました。
また、総務と一緒に仕事をする機会もあり、彼女らの組織的で磨きのかかった仕事が会社のスムーズな運営に貢献していることを学びました。私にとって、総務部門はまさに会社の母のような存在です。クールなリーダーと一緒に仕事をすることで、木工の基本的なスキルを身につけ、タスクを遂行する際の集中力の重要性を実感しました。そしてもちろん、おいしい食べ物が楽しめたBBQもありました。
また、私たちはチームワークの重要性やアイデアの共有を強調する外部トレーニングを受けました。その後、Ｋ課長から学ぶ機会を得ました。彼は建設作業で使用される器具について教えてくれました。彼の落ち着いた態度と笑顔で忙しい仕事をこなす能力に感動しました。イベントに満ちた週の後、アルプスあづみのへ行きました。そこは非常に美しく、啓発的な経験でした。そこで、1935年12月24日に指定された日本の天然記念物に出会いました。そんな記念碑を維持するために必要な緻密なメンテナンスを目の当たりにすることで、この仕事には膨大な情熱と知識が必要であることを実感しました。メンテナンス作業によって、剪定や必要な機材の取り扱いなどのスキルも身につきました。
ゴールデンウィークを終えた後、私たちはトレドショップを訪れる機会を得ました。この訪問を通じて、デザインへの興味を見出し、彼らの仕事に必要な創造的な思考を高く評価することができました。その後、国道にＫさんと一緒に行き、私たちが働く場所や使用される異なる材料を観察しました。最後の日々は特に暑くて挑戦的でしたが、ＭさんとAさんと一緒に仕事をすることは興味深いものでした。彼らは私に多くの貴重なことを教えてくれる熟練したプロです。
最後に、私のここでの時間で最高の日々を考えると、私はすべての日がユニークで学びの機会を提供していたと考えています。この研修を通じて、謙虚さと素晴らしさを持つ皆さんに心からの感謝します。
